SnowflakesModeration is the keyword for eating during the Holidays. There is so much food and it is all so good. How do you make sure you don’t overeat? The same way you should manage your eating the rest of the year, self-control. This doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy any of the great foods that will be available to you, but enjoy them in moderation. The work place is one of the most difficult areas during the holidays, because it just extends the time period you are exposed to these foods. If you indulge in a treat at work, remember that when you go home and don’t indulge in something there as well. (more…)
