Feeling stressed? The Holiday season, though a joyous time, can certainly create enormous stress. Have you bought all your presents yet, did you forget anybody, is the house decorated, inside and out, have you wrapped your presents, did you get your Christmas cards sent, is the house clean, do you have everything for Christmas dinner? Feeling stressed yet? I could go on but my point has been made. Other than the obvious mental implications, why should I be stressed about being stressed. Stress can cause high blood pressure, stomach ulcers and muscle tension, to name a few side effects. Lets now discuss tips on how to help relieve stress.
