Get a Good Night’s Sleep – 12 Days of Health & Wellness – Day 8

SleepWe have all been told we need it, we all know we need it, and we all feel it when we don’t get it. What is it? Sleep! The holidays are certainly no exception to creating a sleep deprived society. With all the additional tasks you need to get accomplished this time of year, as I discussed in the post ‘Relax and Rejuvenate‘, there is no wonder we are all walking around like zombies. Sleep is critical to good health and functioning, and good sleep can be achieved without the use of Ambien or some other prescription sleeping aid.
