What are the office hours?

Our office hours are from Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday, 8:00am to 3:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.

How can I contact you in case of an emergency?

For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be required to pay a $50 late-cancellation fee.
